I bought this about a month ago and have had nothing but problems. Complete top panel was replaced. Now the owen does not maintain constant heat during cooking period. Slow customer service to get repaired.

We bought the range about yhree weeks ago and it was delivered and set up for us and some instructions were given. I loved it from the beginning as y old range couldnt keep the temperature correctly but the new one was just perfect and bread and rolls perfectly. Since then we have made lots of items and even the cooktop is so fast and my only complaint is that it was hard to get used to where on the dial the exact burner I wanted was located but we figured it out. Great purchase

While this has not been used to its full potential as yet my husband who does the cooking says that what he has used works GREAT. He is looking at videos to learn about the Air Fry features and convection oven features - he isnt quite ready to use them yet. It looks beautiful in my redesigned kitchen. We love this oven.

This range functions fine its the racks.
The metal the racks are made of are thin and the middle wires are separated too far to put anything small on like jars.
The other issue with the racks is that when you put anything with more than 5lbs of weight on them they collapse. If you use cast iron it wont work.
Ive called support they sent out new racks... same design same failure.
Si I tried to have a tech come out to service the issue support is sending out new racks.. so thats no help.
You cant return the range after 48 hours... thats no help.
Dont buy this range. I gave it 2 stars because the functions work fine. The racks are a big failure.

Love cooktop Easy to use even cooking multiple pan sizes. Only tried air fry once but easy to use and cooked evenly. Like the fact that I dont need to take up kitchen space with a portable air fryer.

The oven temperature seems true. Having cooktop burners of different sizes is helpful for obtaining the right amount of heat for pans with different diameters. The Warm Zone burner is a nice feature for keeping cooked foods warm. Having settings to use the convection oven or the customary oven is useful and both work well. The LG ThinQ application may be an innovation but I have not had a need for it nor do I see a use for it in the immediate future. While it is good to have an indicator light to warn that the cooktop is hot it would be better to indicate which burners remain hot after they are turned off. It takes the burners a longer time to bring water to a boil than what I have been accustomed to. The cooktop cleans well I have not had a need yet to clean the oven but I am glad to have the option for Easy Clean in addition to the self cleaning option. It would be better to have the control knob for each burner click as the knob is moved from 1 on a dial to any other number on the dial as is it can be difficult to know precisely where the knob is positioned.

We were so hopeful with it being an LG product. Now that its been a year the knocking light feature doesnt work and the oven doesnt get to temperature and is totally uneven heating. Over an hour to cook a cake and it is still liquid. So disappointed.

Ive had this oven for about a month now and Im very happy with it. The only reason why Im not giving it five stars is because of the air fryer. It takes longer than the individual air fryers and does not seem to Crisp up as well. So dont invest too much money on an air fryer pan for this oven until youve tried it on a smaller maybe less expensive air fryer pan Otherwise great product

I bought this stove about a month ago. As soon as I saw the oven I immediately fell in love with the blue color. It does an outstanding job. I especially like the oven and the features such as Air Fryer. The only thing is that there is no space behind the stove to store the plug cord so we are having to cut a part of the wall to store it there.

They offer you a rebate and then maremma it almost impossible to apply for the rebate. You have claim your rebate through various stages on the internet. It is like they are trying to make it so difficult they hope you just say the heck with it. As far as the appliances they seem great but we have only had them for a couple months. I bought the extended warranty. I hope getting a repair from them isnt anything like trying to get your rebate. LG your rebate process really sucks. If you dont want to give a rebate then quit offering one.

Followed all the suggestions and directions but it got discolored under the glass within the first week. LG claims its cosmetic and wont even come look at it. How is it possible to cosmetically damage UNDER the glass unless there is a manufacturer issue? Never had stains or discolor that I couldnt remove myself from my 9 year old glass top I had. I hate that it looks old after 1 week and there is no fixing it. LG said I could buy a new glass top but if they dont know what is causing it it will just happen again. Pointless.

Havent used the oven or air-fry yet but the broiler and cooktop have worked okay. The keypad is impossible to keep clean...every fingerprint shows up and while trying to keep it clean cleaning the pressure sensitive features keep getting activated which is annoying and could be a safety issue as you must make sure the they are off. I do like the large metal knobs for the cooktop.

Amazing stove/oven when it works. Oven decided to fail on Thanksgiving Day. Have had to have 4 service calls and they are here servicing it and replacing parts again today. Will let you know how it goes. Its a great idea of a unit...just wish mine hasnt had so many issues

We got this as an upgrade and it is so beautiful for one I love the blue color on the inside. So far the stovetop works great and oven as well. I used the air frier option and I dont feel like it left the chicken crispy. I have a small airfrier and like how that works better in terms of the air frying option. Everything else seems to be working great this far

After a few weeks of use weeks of use my wife feels that this is the best stove she has ever had. The oven temperature is precise and the burners cool off quickly so avoiding over cooking. The stainless finish is clean and bright but not shiny. Knobs are sturdy in feel and the cooking options fantastic. Air fryer is wonderful and has eliminated old air fryer from counter leaving more space.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality stove.

My old convection oven died and I searched and compared ovens that were economical and had a lot of features that I liked. This one fit the bill
I love how it converts the temp I love how fast it heats up water. I love how it bakes. Things Im not crazy about the Easy clean function. Makes oven too wet the oven racks are very flimsy and for the price of the oven the air bake rack and basket should be included. Other wise it performs as it says. I was surprised at the very blue inside

Not only is this range beautiful and stylish it is very versatile and easy to use. I have roasted a whole chicken and air fried some wings so far and both came out cooked though perfectly and were so juicy and tasty. I also have roasted a number of vegetable dishes. Very impressed with this product. The capacity is huge. I think you can do the entire holiday dinner in there if need be. I have found I enjoy cooking and baking again. I highly recommend this brand

The oven looks great works good but as a problem with the top. Almost after every use theres discoloration inside the burners. It turns a grayish White and its very hard to clean. Requires the use of a abrasive cleaner. What can be done to stop this?

The good:
1 - Very spacious overall and the bottom draw is huge.
2 - The inside of the stove is beautiful blue well lit and very large - love it.
3 - The glass top is very shiny and with proper care and cleaning it will stay that way
4 - Super accurate temperatures 350= 350
5 - Knobs and controls - safely places in the back panel and easy to manage.
The not nice:
1 - No grill tray whatttt - had I known / read the fine print or asked I would have kept the one I had prior to disposal.
2 - No proofing feature - A must have on all ranges and stoves.
3 - Connecting to Wi-Fi - not easy but Ill keep trying.
Overall great purchase and it compliments my kitchen very well.

I bought this in December and it had a defect in the glass top and it was replaced in March. I love the stove but the glass top does not clean easy and the easy clean oven does not clean at all Was suppose to come with some cleaning items and they werent included nor was a rack for the air fryer. Very disappointed

We have had this range a few weeks and right out of the box the burner on light would not extinguish. The repair person has been out twice and has had to replace 2 burner and still the light is on. They ordered a new electronics package. I hope that is the fix.
The oven works fine.
We have an LG dishwasher which we really like and would easily recommend to anyone.
