This a c Is 50% bigger than my old one and uses 1/3 less hydro. Was definitely worth the upgrade and bring able to set a run schedule on the app was a nice bonus.

Old A/c went out in the middle of our hot season streak. This one though slightly smaller broke the heat and is keeping up. I like the networking feature as well, turning it on before I get home. Glad I picked this one up!

I love this appliance. I love the remote control and the ability to time my usage. The only downfall that I can think of is I want the ability to control the airflow as far as it being high low of somewhere in between

Amazing product!! Really enjoy the wifi control and the consistent performance of cooling air and air flow from the unit. It does well with condensation but will eventually begun the leak out liquid from condensation out of the bottom of unit. Just insure your unit is installed correctly and you'll be in the clear! Amazing price for the product you're getting. I paid Iverson double for a portable AC that claimed to cool 700 Sq. Ft. But couldn't even cool 350.

This ia good looking and quite easy to install unit. I did add an outside support to take some weight off the vinyl window frame. Easy to operate and OK noise wise. I wish my window faced into the room but the adjustable vanes help to move the air.

After six years of running great my last Frigidaire 12,000 BTU air conditioner started to slow down and I went out and bought another one. This one works even better than the first. We have a very small house, only 24x28 with a loft. Both of these air conditioners keeps the whole house cool. I am even happier with this one. Excellent product and they last for a long time. Well worth the investment.

This is our second Frigidaire air conditioner. Out first one lasted 12 years. This one is a perfect fit in our window. It cools out downstairs perfectly. I would purchased another Frigidaire appliance in the future

It survived some rough handling by UPS, but there really should be a guard protecting the rear radiator core so it doesn't get damaged so easily. Mine arrived with serious crushing of the radiator in the back. The good news is they were quick to offer to replace it.

Unfortunately, my A/C unit arrived with considerable damages, including perforated metal, bent metal grates, a defective louver handle, and the front plastic grille was not securely attached. The box it came in was also shredded and punctured in places. The damage thus seems to have been the joint result of manufacturing defects and damage in transit. Frigidaire has promised me a full refund which I am waiting to receive, after making me cut the cord and provide photographic evidence. Clearly, they expect me to dispose of the defective unit that I paid for, which is quite frustrating. Since I did not install the unit, I can't speak to its effectiveness, but my experience was obviously not a positive one.

Can't say more good things about this A/C unit. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because it surprisingly does not blow very cold air. The A/C unit I pulled out that was 5 years old had colder air and it was the same size unit. But we are satisfied with our purchase.

This air conditioner cools my downstairs nicely! I love the wifi app as it makes it easy to adjust the temp from my phone. My only con is it is noisier than my last one, however, it does a much better job!

The reason I have got Fridgidair is because it's built very good and easy to disassemble and clean. On top of that, they last significantly longer than other name brands I have used. It's nice to have a cold room again after replacing my 13 year old fridgidair that was somehow still working to some degree! Would love to see these air conditioners in major retail stores again rather than just online! Thanks for the great products!

My neighbor and I got the old Frigidaire unit out and the new one went right back in without any problems. It struggles in the heat, but it makes it tolerable in the container cabin. The old unit I brought home to see if I can get it service and back to running again for a spare. Location of the cabin is Warren County, Mississippi. It does get hot and humid there. I will never use the wi-fi feature or remote on the new unit. When I am there it will be on during the hot season and off the rest of the year. I never used the remote on the old unit either. I like to keep thing simple.

I love this brand of air conditioning, for me they are the best. They cool my entire apartment and I have a huge living room, even the bedrooms and kitchen stay cool. I bought a new one because I wanted to have the application and be able to turn it on from anywhere, the application is super easy and very convenient, now I can turn it on when I'm on the way home, I no longer have to leave it on all day, this will save me energy too. I also plan to replace the ones in the bedrooms to be able to use the application, which I think is super cool. LOVE IT!

I got the unit to replace the old one in my bedroom and it works so much better. Keeps my bedroom at 63 degrees all night. Just how I like it. The old lady freezes but we pile all the blankets on her so she will be ok. Lol. The app is very convenient and works great.

This Air Conditioner has been the perfect fit for us. The ability to turn this on/off thru Wi-Fi has been awesome. Cool the house down when we are coming home and turn it off when we are not has been a real energy saver.

I bought two 12000 btu units to cool my house which is an expanded tri-level home and difficult to flow the air. The blowers on these units are powerful and my entire home is cooled in a short period. The only negative is that the blowers are a bit lowder than I would like but to get the air where I need it, it™™s a small price to pay.
